All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight® – the absolute best way to ship live corals and fish. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail or Facebook message containing your FedEx tracking number. Someone must be available at the time of delivery to prevent your livestock from being exposed to the rain and/or extreme temperatures. We recommend you hold at facility if possible, this is the best method for the corals and or fish.
Depending on the vendor. We will hold orders for a maximum of 3/4 weeks upon request. (Invoices must be paid in order to hold the corals). No corals will be held without payment.
Facebook orders and purchases do not qualify for/towards free shipping. You may however combine a Facebook order with free shipping from a website order.
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or outside the continental US at this time. We can ship to Alaska (upon request, additional shipping fees may arise) but we require packages be sent to a local FedEx near you to be held for pickup.
We do not require signature for delivery, but we urge you to please put your livestock in your aquarium as soon as it is delivered.
Currently these vendors below all combine shipping. You will be invoiced by one vendor for shipping. You only need to pay shipping once. The vendors will work together to make sure all of your corals from each of the vendors are packaged together and shipped on your desired shipping date. Once a package is shipped, your next order will have another shipping fee.
